The relation between Mugaritz and the restaurant goes back to the year 1996
The team of Mugaritz, led by Andoni Luis Aduriz, closed the Gastronomic Cycle 2015 in the restaurant Zaldiaran this Monday 9th of November. The dinner designed by Mugaritz was the highlight of this event which is been organized by Zaldiaran.
The relation between Mugaritz and the restaurant goes back to the year 1996 when Aduriz attended the National Congress of Signature Cuisine and proclaimed himself the Winner of Young Spanish Chefs. From that day on, they have collaborated in many conferences and show cookings.
