Coordinated by Mugaritz, the Michelin-starred chefs of Gipuzkoa will be offering a charity dinner at the Basque Culinary Center on 13 December, as part of the ‘Desde Valencia para Valencia’ solidarity initiative. The aim of the event is to raise funds for the victims of the DANA that has hit the Valencian Community, seriously affecting its social and business fabric. This initiative, which originated in Valencia, will be carried out simultaneously both nationally and internationally.
